HI Everyone, When I went into the MTGenWeb directory to update the policies.html page, I found another page named "policy.html". Karen did some checking and the page was written up but not voted on several years ago. The page addresses many of the issues that have been a concern for the project and I propose we discuss and vote on the adoption of it to replace the current page but I recommend the following changes (blue = change to & yellow = remove). Please look at both pages and post your thoughts to the list for the discussion. Current page: http://www.mtgenweb.com/policies.html Proposed page: http://www.mtgenweb.com/policy.html My recommendations for the proposed page are: The MTGenWeb logo should be the official logo voted on in 2012 and all links should be updated. The reference to date stamps should be updated to reflect the recent requirement on all county websites. 3. Every county must include a copyright notice on the main page.
