As an FYI here are the changes I color coded: In #3, change copyright notice on every page of the county website to copyright notice on the main page, and remove the entire paragraph beginning with "Unless indicated otherwise..." In #4, Change the first sentence to: All website contents remain the property of the county website for future CC's to use unless the contributor requests its removal. (removing the 2nd part of the sentence) Remove the 2nd sentence beginning "All material contributed..." 3. Every county must include a copyright notice on the main page. The following copyright notice is an example only of common copyright statements used on the internet (you may choose your own wording). © Current Year. Host Name. All Rights Reserved. Unless indicated otherwise in a particular page carrying this copyright notice, permission to use, copy and distribute documents and related graphics delivered from this World Wide Web server (url of county site) for non-commercial uses is hereby granted, provided that the above copyright notice appears in all copies and that both that copyright notice and this permission notice appear.
