I want you to know I am reading the emails on the policy. I will vote yes but as you know I am not sure you need my vote. Just don't  want you to be waiting on a vote. I can not seem to bring up the page you gave so I can read all of it. However it could just be me. I was into the discussion enough that I feel I understand where it is going.
