    3. Rather than host name, which could be construed as the property of the hosting service the site is on, can we use a different term? I would prefer as ex: Glacier County MTGenWeb project That way both the county and state project are covered. For those of us who have been around a while, the page that Shirley found actually predates the currently used policy page. I cannot remember exactly what happened in having both but the current page was added by Kevin Haddenham. The "found" page was added to the site before Kevin was elected. It is possible that we should have been using the page all along when we were discussing rules and regulations for our project back then. I don't remember every voting on our discussions but maybe it was informal? I think you will find that the found policy page is both reasonable and complete. I hope we can all support spiffing up this project with a solid framework. 3. I agree with Karen on changing the Host name to her suggestion of XXXX County MTGenWeb Project. 3. I was thinking Host name to be the name of the CC...but I still like Karen's suggestion better.
