An issue was raised during this election cycle that some members were not receiving important announcements from the NC/AB and EC. A discussion was started on the Discuss list about how communication could be improved. Based on discussions on the Discuss and State Coordinators lists that included participation from CCs in the SWSC region, an issue was raised that many members did not receive Election announcements. Many ideas were mentioned, such as using the EC mailing, creating an Announcements list, adding a Publicist role and more.
