I just voted but what time zone are we using? Mountain like Montana? I would hope that we wouldn't need 2 weeks voting on this issue. I would like to see a requirement to respond to project business and questions asked set to a maximum of 72 hours unless you are on a vacation or have some health reason that you cannot answer as the next thing to discuss.
