At this point you have the right to emit a high pitched and very loud alarm. They have ignored requests of far too many years and it is unacceptable at this point. I just looked at the MT page and it looks like he has began to work on it. Montana is spelled out and the Montana flag is displayed. However, the flag on the county pages is not showing up.
