    3. I like the idea of a "What's New" page. I'll have to think about that for my pages--at least for my county. The other two counties I have might be a little more difficult to come up with new things other than possible links. Definitely a good idea tho!     3. A What's New can be used for a variety of things including housekeeping, new interesting and useful links or the fact that a page on your site has been added to. I am going to start adding a date on pages when I work on them so eventually my sites will have dates on every page but I don't think that should be a requirement.
