I am finding The Zions Lutheran Cemetery in Garfield County, Montana, listed as the Hinther Cemetery. Articles of Incorporation were drawn up by John J. Cavan, Atty.,Jordan, May 31, 1929, and appear of record in the Garfield County Courthouse.. This should be corrected. I'm not sure how attachments work on this site but I have attached a scanned copy of the obituary. Chauncey was buried near his family's homesteads on Woody Creek in what is now Garfield County. At that time it was part of Dawson County. There are several of his grandchildren buried near him in unmarked graves. A large monument has been placed on Chauncey's grave in the last ten years.
