Hello, I have a Joseph Martin Brown, born 1796. He was a son of Joseph Patrick Brown and Mary Ann Stephens.His sister, Winnifred Ann Brown, married Thomas C Young, Jr. and they both died in Winston Co., MS. One of the Young's children was Mary Ann Stephens Young. She married William Harvey Scoggin in Winston Co., MS, in January, 1839. Their eldest child was Eliza Winnefred Scoggin and she was my husband's great grandmother. I would like to know more about the Joseph Martin Brown you are writing about.
