You are probably kin to at least half of Winston County with all those names. The Carters, Capertons, Smiths, Gilletts, Goldman, King, Price, Worthy and Estes Families and descendants still reside in Winston County today. Give me more information on the McGee, Estes and Yarbrough lines you need inforamtion on. I am also related to these lines. My greatgrandmother was an Estes. My grandmother was a Yarbrough and some of her grandparents were related to the McGee family. All these are Winston County Ms familys. SMYTH, at one time one of our community's best citizens, were brought from the home of her daughter, Mrs. JohnCOLE, in Alabama, and interred in the WOODRUFF-ROBINSON Cemetery Monday, by the side of her husband, who preceded her several years ago. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Calhoun CAPERTON of Louisville and Mrs. Jno. COLE of Alabama, several grandchildren and numbers of other friends and relatives who are grieved at her passing. CADE at Gordo, Ala., were brought here Tuesday and carried to the Woodruff Cemetery for interment. Local News: Page 7, Column 3: The remains of Mrs. Carrie SMITH, who died at Tuscaloosa, Ala., were brought back here Tuesday and buried at the SMYTH Family Cemetery south of Louisville.
