    2. Dana, I have noted in my notes that question, too. I haven't searched for any of them in the 1840 census, so am not sure when and where Lacy Hunt's widow came to MS and married - or vice versa. It is strange that he would have a tombstone in Bethlehem if he actually died and was buried in SC, but it could be a memorial to him, since the family settled here.
