My wife's Robinsons (Edward M. Robinson, b. abt. 1803 in S.C. - d. abt 1865 in Smith Co., MS) was in Attala County just before 1860 when they moved to Smith Co., MS. Some of his family remained in that area after 1860. My Robinsons came from Spotsylvania Co., VA to Greene Co., AL to Smith Co., MS by 1860 also. Some descendants of this family moved to Magnolia, MS about 1920 or so. I do have some Willis relatives in Neshoba but do not recongnize your names. My direct families in Neshoba - Winston area are: Stuart, McCown, Miller, Tindol, Goodwin, Jones, and Adcock.
