Hello to everyone, Re; the Bobo family My roots are pretty much in Attala Co. with family ties to the Sims, Rainey, Wood families. I was born 1948 in Kosciusko; my paternal grandfather was Willie L. Sims. A brother of his was Dr. Sam Sims who were born in the 1870's. Their father was Rev. Jonathan Sims who had was a Baptist minister whose work included a couple of Winston county churches. I noted the Bobo family because of a connection to the Sims going back before the Rev. War. Zachariah Sims of Culpeper Co. moved to Laurens Co., SC circa 1780 (he died there in 1789). His sister was married to Absolom Bobo whose family also originated in Culpeper Co., Va. Jim Sims
