    3. This should also be in the archives of this list. I can't remember exactly when I extracted these marriages but it must have been quite a while back since they still have my old address. All marriages in Wilkinson county, to 1920, are on microfilm and can be rented through your local Family History Center. To find your nearest Family History Center check www.familysearch.org. Check the library catalog for a listing of all microfilm available for Wilkinson county, MS. I know many of the deed, inventory, wills, and probate books are on microfilm because I use them here in Texas. For African American slaves check the 'inventory and accounts' and will records. Most were listed by name when their owners died. The first Will book starts in the 1820s, before that Wills were included in the 'inventory and accounts' books.
