I copied this several years ago. It describes several relationships so thought someone on the list might be interested. Names mentioned are Leak, Ellsberry, Anders and Odgen. Book ZZ page 524 A. B. Leak who swore an oath that William Ellsberry md. Amanda Leek, sister to Alex. P. Leak. William Ellsberry died about 1860 and wife Amanda Ellsberry died abt. 1865 7 left no surviving children. After their death Wm. Ellsberry moved to the homestead NE1/4 of NW1/4 Section 36 township 4 range 1West, of W. Ellsberry with his sister Amanda Elsberry & lived there continuously for more than 35 years, cultivating it until his death 19 Aug 1919. his children were in same possession except as residence until sale of land to R. L. Ogden & said possession has been continuous to present date in James Anders who now occupies said premises as his homestead. That J. T. Leak & John T. Leak is one and the same person that A. F.
