I, Nicholson's will was probated in Wilkinson Co., MS 6 Nov 1824. He names eldest daughter, Naami P. Nicholsons, eldest son William I. G. Nicholson, second daughter Charlotte M. Nicholson, youngest son James H. Nicholson. appointed Henry Nicholson and Gerard C. Brand as executors. Witnessed by N. E. Reymond and R. D. Hanner. Naomi Nicholson md. Henry Phipps in Wilkinson Co., MS 21 Nov 1824 Jan 15,1831, Woodville Paper list John E. Palmer exector of Henry Nicholson estate.
