The Bill of your Complainants would respectfully show to the Court: that Lydia R.J. Leak, being the owner of undivided one half of land....(description of land)...... tenant in common with A. B. Leak, died intestate, leaving as her sole & only heirs, F.A. Leak, her husband, Lela E. Jensen, Mary L.Smith, H.C. Leak, Thomas A. Leak, David F. Leak & Addie E. Leak, her children, that Mary L. Smith afterwards intermarried with H.C. Hackett & died intestate, leaving as her sole & only Heirs, H.C. Hackett, her husband & M. Elmore Smith, her son, and that Thomas A. Leak died leaving a Last Will & Testament which he devised & bequeathed all his Estate, real & personal to his brother, H.C. Leak. That A. B. Leak being the other undivided 1/2 of land with heirs of Lydia R.J. Leak, conveyed the same to Mary C. Leak, F.P. Leak, W.N. Leak, Ollie Cavin, Leona Haynes, Lidia Cavin, Mary Longmyer, Boyd Leak, Emily Leak & Orilla Leak, that F.P. Leak died intestate, leaving as his sole & only heirs Kate C. Leak, his wife & R.T. Leak, Mattie Leak, F.P. Leak & Theodore Leak his children that Mary Longmyer died intestate, leaving as her sole & only heirs Wynans G.
