Thank You. On different census records I have found him as Gancy, Dancy and Yancy Cor(e)y. However, on one of his son's death certificates he is listed as William Yancy Corey. This was his oldest child and the certificate does list him as being born in 1886 in Adams County. However, in the 1900 census the family was living in Wilkinson County.
