Family History Centers are part of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, known to most as LDS or Mormon. Their webpage is www.familysearch.org. They have a listing of all the Family History centers and their hours. Some of them change there hours and fail to change it on the page so it is better to call first. All of the LDS organizations are run by volunteers, either members or non members, and the hours depend on how many volunteers they can get, and the hours they can work. I would suggest you also do a search on the website to see if anyone has submitted the marriage. There are a lot of people doing genealogy research and you ancestor does not have to be a member of the church to turn up on these pages.
