(not word for word) .Clarice Carter and Dewey Carter, minors .your petitioner Alice Duval formerly Alice Carter would respectfully show that she is the mother of Clarice Carter a minor under the age of 14 years and now being 13 years of age and of Dewey Carter also a minor, under the age of 14 years and now of the age of 8 years; that your petitioner is their only surviving parent. Their father with who your petitioner had intermarried having died about 3 years before the filing of this petition; that since the death of her former husband, she has intermarried with one ____(blank) Duval and is now his wife. .your petitioner further says that her former husbands name was JACKSON CARTER, that he was formerly a soldier in the service of the Government of the United States .said minors are entitled to pensions as children of the deceased .
