Complainant and Adeline White, and defendants except Jonas White and Henry Richardson were the children and heirs of Matilda Parker who departed this life about the latter part of the year A.D. 1896, that Adeline White departed this life since her mothers death, leaving as her surviving heirs her husband Jonas White and her son Henry Richardson. Complainant is a resident of Wilkinson Co., Miss., defendants Jonas White and Henry Richardson are residents of New Orleans, LA and their post office address is 2036 3rd St. corner of Saratoga; defendant Frank Ashford and Missy Parker are residents of New Orleans, Louisiana and her post office address is 2234 Saratoga St., Hamp Parker is a resident of Algiers, Louisiana ad his post office address is 1903 Patterson Street and the other defendant Fannie Jones is a resident of Wilkinson Co. That complainant was a schoolteacher previous to and abt. A.D. 1891 and about that time complainant purchased a piece of land in Woodville, Miss.
