    2. Virginia, I would be interested in James Raoul's probate record. This is my fourth great grandfather. Also, I would be interested in the information on William Stewart. I think that this is my third great grandfather in another line. These are in my mother's lineage. Thanks for the information that you have retrieved from Probate Records in Wilkinson County. Page 13 14 Sept 1836 Ordered that the admr's of JAMES RAOUL dec'd publish for five weeks in a newspaper called the Woodville Republican that they will at the November term of this court make application of this court for the final settlement of allowance of their accounts with said estate. page 23 14 Nov 1838 A final settlement of the estate of JAMES RAOUL dec'd was presented to court by the adm I am sending all the Stewart's as you never know when they will hook up. page 5 10 May 1836 May 10 1836 Inventory of notes & bank stock belonging to the estate of WILLIAM STEWART dec'd was returned to court Account of sales of personal property of WILLIAM STEWART dec'd returned to court page 9 12 Sept 1836 a/c of sales of the Real and Perishable property of WALTER STEWART dec'd sold on the 21 Jan 1836 was returned to the court by the adm [next item] a/c of sales of 4 Slaves belong to CHARLES M. STEWART sold by A. G. BATCHELLOR his guardian on the 15 Feb 1836 on a credit of 12 months page 13 15 Sept 1836 Upon the petition of JONES H. SMITH in right of his wife it is ordered that ARTHUR DANIEL, EDMOND H. WAILES & JOHN P. HARRIS be appointed commissioners to meet in the town of Woodville on the first Monday of November for the purpose of dividing the following ten lots among the several heirs & distributors of PRESTEWOOD SMITH dec'd, bounded as follows towit, on the south by WM. STEWART on the west by the road leading from Woodville to B. Sarah east by black street on the N. by lots belonging to -------- and it is further ordered that they make advertisement of the time and place of the commissioners meeting in the Woodville Republican page 23 13 Nov 1836 On the application of JOHN NETTERVILLE adm debonis non with the will annexed of D STEWART dec it is ordered that said adm advertise that he will at the next Jan term of this court present his accounts for final settlement & allowance of said estate page 26 17 Nov 1836 JAMES BAILEY dec. DEGRAFFENREID his wife, filed in this court it appearing that said DEGRAFFENREID and wife have filed their petition in this court praying that MARY STEWART the executrix of CHARLES STEWART Senior dec'd may be ordered to make titles to said petitioners to a certain tract of land agreeable to a bond bearing date the first day of January 1822 executed by the said CHARLES STEWART Sen. On to the said M. F. DEGRAFFENREID & P. C. DEGRAFFENREID which said bond is filed with said petition & which said tract of land is described in said bond as situated lying and being in said county & state as follows, commencing on an oak tree & running thence north four hundred & eighty poles to a magnolia & bounded on the west by lands of McGehee, Miles & JOHN STEWART thence east two hundred & thirteen 3/10 poles to a beach tree & bounded by lands of WILLIAM REED & CHARLES STEWART Senior Page 30 SON, then four hundred & eighty poles to a stake & bounded by lands of CHARLES STEWART then on west to the beginning corner, two hundred thirteen & ?/10 poles & bound by lands of EASLEY & COON and a citation to said MARY STEWART as exec. As aforesaid having filed her answer to said petition shewing no cause to the contrary & submitting to the order of the court it is therefore ordered that said MARY STEWART exec. As aforesaid make titles to the said tract of land to said M. F. DEGRAFFENREID & P. C. DEGRAFFENREID his wife agreeable to the said bond of the said CHARLES STEWART Senior.
