McNeeley, J.A. Carter, W.M. Carter, F.M. Carter, the last three are minors by their mother and next friend, Mrs. N.D. Carter, Tina Carter and Henry Carter, the last named a minor by his mother and next friend, Tina Carter, all of Wilkinson County, Mississippi, exparte. Said complainants would respectfully show to the court: -that the first named complainant, Mrs. N.D. Carter, is the widow, and the next six complainants are the children of the late Nehemiah Carter, deceased, who was a son of the said Nehemiah Carter and that they are entitled each to …(description of property)… That complainants and defendant are the children, and grandchild of Isaac A. Carter, deceased, the owner of the said lands in this life time, who died wholly intestate, leaving no debts due, and that there are no charges or encumbrances against the said lands.
