Carter, guardian of Rosa Carter…..that said ward left as her sole and only heirs, her brothers of the whole blood and the children of a deceased brother and deceased sister, and all being adults of said county as follows to wit: Isaac W. Carter, a brother; Howard Carter, the son and only child of Jessie Carter, a brother’ now deceased; Johnnie Netterville, Isaac D. Netterville, Lafayette Netterville, Mrs. Juanita Ashely, Mrs. Eleanor Curtain, Mrs. Evelyn Cavin, Killian Nettervlle and being all of the children of a deceased sister, Mrs. Lillie Netterville; and a brother, your petitioner, J.E. Carter DATED MARCH, 1944. Note: Rosa Carter born Feb. 6, 1874, died Dec. 26, 1943. Buried in Netterville 2 Cemetery, Wilkinson Co., MS I believe Rosa was the daughter of Abraham Carter and Eulia Ann Phipps. If so the above names would have been J.E—John Edwan, Isaac W.—Isaac William, Jessie—Jesse Alvin, and Lillie—Lillian Priscilla who married John Grover Netterville
