(not word for word) Ella Taylor vs. Frank TaylorDivorce Complainant and defendant were lawfully married in the county and state aforesaid about 21 years ago, and ever since have been and now are residents therein. that there are of said marriage 8 children ranging from 5 months to 20 years of age (it did not list childrens names)... DATED OCT. 21, 1907 --Now comes the said complainant and dismisses this her bill of complaint, without prejudice. No satisfaction having been had. DATED NOV. 20, 1907
