ISAAC JOHNSON [Will] Give and bequeath to my four children , JOSEPH JOHNSON, HENRY JOHNSON, WILLIAM JOHNSON, and ELIZABETH STOCKETT all the property estate, effects, rights and credits of what so ever nature or kind of which I may be possessed or entitled to at the time of my death to be equally divided between them---with the following exception. It is my will and desire that my old and faithful servant Old Harry shall have the right to chose which of my children he will live with and belong to and to the one which he shall so chose I give and bequeath to him the said Old Harry without deduction from his or her equal share of the other property, and also it is my will and desire that one of my children shall take SARA DAUGHTER SUSAN, and take care of her, and to have her on the same terms as mentioned in the case of old Harry. It is my will that my executors retain out of my personal estate or out of any money I may have or out of the last crop or of the crop growing at the time of my decease the sum of fifteen Hundred dollars, five hundred dollars of which I give and bequeath to my grandson, JOHN N. DILLAHUNTY one other five hundred dollars, ----to my son JOSEPH JOHNSON to be laid out in negroe or negroes and to be held by him in trust for the use of my grand son WILLIAM DILLAHUNTY during his natural life and then to the lawful heirs of his body, the remaining five hundred dollars I do in like manner give and bequeath to my son JOSEPH JOHNSON to be laid out in negro or negroes and it be held by him in trust for the use of my grandson DANIEL WILLIAMS JR during his natural life and then to the lawful heirs of his body To each and every one of my children now living all property or sums of money which I may have hereto fore given, loaned advanced to them or either of them, without any charge or deduction to be made from his or her share of my estate, Appoint sons JOSEPH JOHNSON, HENRY JOHNSON & WILLIAM JOHNSON executors, desired they not be required to give bond or securities 4 March 1831 ISAAC JOHNSON witnesses: WILLIAM OGDEN, LOZ D.
