Further shows that said Carrie Brown, Emma Nelson and Charles Brown, who is of the age of ____(cant read this line), desire a partition of said property and William Nelson who acts next friend to said infant petitioner believes and declares that a partition thereof is to the interest of said minors and is this your petitioner Carrie Brown, the mother of said children and the guardian of the three youngest concurs (??).
