I am hoping it shows her as a Shropshire, but I'm curious here. This is my family, too, although not my direct line... I do like to be accurate in my data, though. I'm sure half the Ashleys, Enlows, and assorted other families have this information, but just in case it's any help, here 'tis. Good luck with the book. ==== MSWILKIN Mailing List ==== How to Unsubscribe from the digest: To: [email protected] Subject: unsubscribe Message: unsubcribe ==== MSWILKIN Mailing List ==== How to Unsubscribe from the digest: To: [email protected] Subject: unsubscribe Message: unsubcribe .

    3. Thanks, Corrine. It seems that Ms. Lydia S. was a Dawson instead of a Shropshire by birth. 3. I see this message that Lydia was a Dawson came in the 9th but I just found it tonight. Wish I had seen it sooner as I sent my books out with Lydia S. Shropshire as the wife of John D. Ashley. I have no idea where I got that originally. . Some one sent this to me several years back, and took it as fact. I keep telling others to check and double check and let this one get by me. Glad to have that straighten out. Any one interested in me forwarding them what I finally worked up on the Shropshire line? If so, write me at [email protected] and I will send it as an attachment in MSword, or copy/paste to an e-mail. If you find any more mistakes let me know. I never mind being corrected and am always glad to make a correction. Virginia
