The Topeka Daily Capital Saturday November 3, 1951 Mrs. Luvenia Clay. Mrs. Luvenia CLAY, 416 Emmett, died Friday afternoon in a Topeka hospital. She was born in Woodsville, Miss., and had made her home in Topeka since 1922. She was a member of the New Mount Zion Baptist Church and the Lone Star Missionary Society of the church. Her husband, Richard Clay, died April 23, 1942. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. J.R. Robinson and Mrs. Alice Cooper, both of Topeka; a son, E.W. Clay, Topeka; four grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Rosa Jones, Ann Arbor, Mich.; and Miss Queen Scott, Shelby, Miss., and a niece.
