I have added the footnotes back to the messages, I hope. I have included URLs for the webpage, archives, threaded archives, message boards and the Brigham Young University library, which filmed all the Family History books in the LDS Salt Lake City Library. I usually include only URLs for Rootsweb sites but since the BYU site has thousands of documents that was previously only available to those traveling to Salt Lake City, I thought it would be a good thing to include.
