It is on page 42, Will Book 1, signed 19 Jan 1832, filed 27 Feb 1832 Wife Elizabeth the three negroes which I got by her HANNAH MARIAN and BILL, also SHADRACK. son JOHN H. RANDOLPH any negro which he may select from the Georgia property. George Property to be sold and all the negroes in Georgia to be brought to MS as soon as practical. To wife, Elizabeth, all the books she brought into the marriage and such other books as she may select out of my library. no property to be sold except that in Georgia Negroes to be divided in such a way that families would not be separated. [he was very concerned about this. Carter, a brother; Howard Carter, the son and only child of Jessie Carter, a brother’ now deceased; Johnnie Netterville, Isaac D. Netterville, Lafayette Netterville, Mrs. Juanita Ashely, Mrs. Eleanor Curtain, Mrs. Evelyn Cavin, Killian Nettervlle and being all of the children of a deceased sister, Mrs. Lillie Netterville; and a brother, your petitioner, J.E.
