I visited the library in Greenville today and found this information on the Westburgh post office. Apparently, it was indeed near Hollandale, MS. A post office was established at Westburgh, 1 February 1877 and was discontinued 21 September 1886. The first postmaster there was A.C. West. It must've been around the Hollandale - Percy areas in south Washington county, as the book stated that mail was later sent to Westburgh PO after the Percy PO closed.
