Services were Monday, July 25, at 4 p.m. at Sardis Primitive Baptist Church with Elders Cecil Woodruff and J.B. Brimingham officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. McMillan Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Richardson was a retired farmer and a member of Sardis Primitive Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Verna Nash Richardson; a son, David Richardson of Rienzi; four daughters, Lavern Leggett, Betty McClemore and Freda Parvin, all of Rienzi and Mary Morelock of Corinth; 13 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
