Could someone please help me find information about my grandmother? My paternal grandmother, Annie Laurie Walker, was born in Iuka (possibly) East Port. I have so very little information about her. On my fathers birth certificate (1912, Paducah,KY), it lists her birthplace as Iuka, MS. However, I spoke to an aunt that I only recently found, who said she was born in East Port. Her birth year was about 1887. Unfortunately I do not know my great great grandparents (Annie Laurie's parents) names.She may have been part Choctaw Indian. That is about all the birth information I have on her. I sorry it's so little. I have further information about her, but it's from her marriage to my grandfather. I know from family stories that they were married in Savannah, TN, which I understand is north of Iuka. See below if it helps:: DAVID M.
