It would be wonderful if someone has the time and the resources as well as the charitable heart it would take to make it work. I'm sure that that is possible because since I have been doing genealogy, one of the best things I have discovered is the sense of community and charity that are so very common in this great bunch of people. It is truly unmatched in any other group of people I have been involved with. I was simply offering a couple of alternatives just in case you needed other ideas.
