Charles, all of Tishomingo County marriage info between 1870-1886 was destroyed by a courthouse fire; howeer, I did look in the 1870 marriage and did not find your Webb marriage. And, I also looked in the Prentiss County marriages between these years and did not find the Webb marriage. Maybe someone on the list can help you as many marriages were documented in family Bibles.
