Hi I need some help. I am trying to find out when exactly my great grandmother Permelia Ann Taylor Sanders died. She was in a family picture taken around March 1899. She was not listed in the 1900 cencus but her family was and it listed her husband as a widow. I have tried to do a inter library loan on newspapers during that time but came up with nothing. They said all they had started in 1946. Can someone help me out please. This is one of my questions. Thank you for your help. Thank you, Judy
