BOGAN, W. B. BURROW, G.W. TRIBBLE, JACKSON COBB, & MILTEN LITTERL(?) If found to be in your County, to be and personally appear before the Judge of our next Circuit Court, to be holden in and for said County, at the Court House in the Town of Ripley, on the 1st Monday of Sept. 1867 then and there to give evidence on behalf of Plaintiff in a certain matter of controversy therein pending wherein J. M. WHITE Planitiff and S. S. JACKSON is Defendant This they shall in nowise omit, under the penalty prescribed by law. Herein fail not, and have then there this Subpoena.
