Both volumes of the Tippah County Death Notices are now online. Together they cover the county's first one hundred years. They have been sorted together to make searching easier. Use the search feature of your browser to search for names other than the primary names. This can probably be done by typing Ctrl F, at least it can be using Internet Explorer and Netscape. I have also been doing a lot of work on the Tippah County Confederate pages. Many entries have been updated and a good many soldiers added to the Soldiers buried in Tippah County page. There are also two new old marriages bringing the total to 180 marriages that have been reconstructed. Search your records and submit any marriages prior to July 1858 that occurred in Tippah County.
