Kim, my Gober family was in Tippah Co. in 1850 and 60 but we can't find anything about where they came from (we think GA). William Harrison Gober and family are there in 1850, Bushrod Washington Gober and family (mine) were there in 1860. He married the dau of one of Harris' neighbors. We think there has to be a close connection of the two families but we can't find it. Any info would be appreciated. Frances Gober
