The guy she married, Ed Ragland, lived in Rankin in 1910, but Cleo Wells lived in Hinds County in 1910, so it is possible they were married in Hinds County. They lived and raised their family in Rankin, but could have been married in Hinds. Thanks for any assistance you can provide. Charlie
