They married July 26, 1876 in Rankin County, Mississippi. Does anyone know about the Allen family that Frances belongs to and her descendants. William and Frances are listed in Scott County, Mississippi in the 1880 census. They have two children Susan M Cates and Mattie. Would appreciate any help with this family.Thanks for your help.
