I don't know much other than He was born in 1899 or 1898 and his father died when he was in 4th grade. He married Inez Vance. They met while living near Fort Smith Arkansas and moved to Tulsa Oklahoma where he died on Christmas of 1974 or 1975. He said he was part Scottish & part Irish. Could he be the brother of William Robert Vance what other information do you have on William Robert Vance? Thanks Shirley Furman
