Kelly, You would probably have to contact someone at the county level, since Flowood is such a small town. Look in the phone book under local govt and see one of the dept names seems likely. Second, contact the contruction company building the houses and ask if they know there is a cemetery nearby and if they plan to destroy it or not. Cemetery preservation laws differ from state to state. I live in Ohio and I know of several developments that have incorportated small cemeteries into the landscape so as not to destroy it.
