I did not make the Wesley and Methodist denomination connection at first. Now I see it. I have come across other Wesleyanna churches or cemeteries searching for answers and all of them seem to be Methodist affiliated. The family cemetery I referenced may have been called Wesleyanna by my g grandfather (or, whomever named it) until he found there was another cemetery (in Star) named the same thing in Rankin Co. Our cemetery is now called The Ragan Cemetery. While on the Wesley connection, do you know what significance the "anna" part plays? Where does this come from? Like you, we are considering moving back to our native state (MS) within the next couple of years after being away since 1961. Thanks again, Bill Davis
