Re; Mary Harper. Found this entry in the Rankin County Cemetery Records 1824-1980. I have no PROOF that this is your Mary Harper, but will send the info to you anyway. POPLAR SPRINGS CEMETERY Located 8 miles SW of Florence, MS.....Hwy 40 South and in the general area of the other burials I sent. HARPER, MARY 1872-1940 She is the only HARPER with stone/marker buried in this cemetery. NOTE: I did not find a listing for a Rebecca Harper. A check of the marriage records in SIMPSON OR RANKIN COUNTY would shed more definite information as to whom these two ladies married. Hopefully, I have been some help to you.
