He was the son of George Washington and Hattie Bilbro Denson, son of David William Denson, who was a son of William Denson, founder of the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, Sand Hill, Rankin Co., MS. William Denson was my great,great grandfather. Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church celebrated it's 175th brthday as an organized church today, May 28, 2006. Will be happy to answer any questions.
