Louisa Warren, youngest daughter, of Joseph M. Warren, returned to Rankin County after her father's death, and married George W. Collier 22 Sep 1857. In Henderson Co DB L/p250 is a ower of Attorney given to John Collier by George W. Collier and Luisa, his wife, Thomas W. D. Traxler and wife, Mary,(Mary the daughter of Cassy Gore, deceased), and John Warren all heirs of Joseph M. Warren of Henderson Co and Jasper Warren, deceased to act on their behalf. To repeat - Louisa had been left the entire estate of Joseph M. Warren in Henderson County, Tx. Jasper Warren was her brother who died December 1855 in Hunt County, Tx. without issue. John Warren who signed the Power of Attorney married 4 Apr 1850 to Ruby Collier and they both are listed in Joseph M. Warren's household in 1850 Newton County, Ms. I believe he died in Rankin County. The Henderson County official deed records are typed transcriptions of the handwritten originals, and I am unable to tell if Cassy's last name is Gore or Gere.
