They originated in Alabama, then moved to Rankin Co. Mississippi and finally to Texas. Jesse is also a name of several of my great-uncles. Do you have much information on your line? My father's first wife's name was Bonnie Leo Cox whose family came to Texas via Alabama. We have shown a strong inclination to marry our 2nd and 3rd cousins.
